JOURNEY IN THE DEAD SEA

Tourism in the Dead Sea:

Today's subject is the Dead Sea, which is located between Israel and Jordan and forms part of the two nations' border. The Jordan River, which enters the lake from the north, is the major source of water for the Dead Sea. Several smaller streams, primarily from the east, also join the sea. The lake has no outlet, and the large influx of freshwater is transported away exclusively by evaporation, which occurs quickly in the hot desert climate.

Swimming in the dead sea:

It'll  be unlike any other swim you've ever done. The Dead Sea, located more than 430 meters below sea level and surrounded by Jordan, Israel, and the West Bank, is the lowest spot on Earth and contains 10 times the salt of a regular ocean.

The Dead Sea's minerals and salts have enticed travelers for thousands of years, making it the world's first health resort going back to Herod's time. The Dead Sea's mud and salt have a high concentration of antibacterial elements, making it particularly effective for skin illnesses such as psoriasis and vitiligo. Covering the body with Dead Sea mud aids in the absorption of minerals into the skin.
