      🏛️  Look Back in Time at Aqaba Museums:


The Aqaba Archaeological Museum, located near Aqaba's Mamluk (Mameluke)fort, houses a collection of pottery, coins, and other artifacts from Iraq, Ethiopia, Egypt, and as far away as China. The first landmark of the Roman Via Nova Traiana, with an inscription declaring that Emperor Trajan opened and built the route from Syria to the Red Sea, is a particular gem.
